SPRING LOADED CONCAVE SHOCK KITS
The Spring Loaded Shock Kit is designed to reduce or prevent damage to your concaves, pipes and rotor. The heavy duty compression springs absorb the shock caused by foreign objects or large amounts of material going through the threshing area.
Loewen high quality, heavy duty Concaves are available for most models. Made from Grade 1045 high carbon steel, the thicker cross bars, wires and side plates provide greater strength and durability. Wire holes are drilled to provide a tight fit which prevents spearing and trapping of straw.
Most Loewen Rotary and Conventional Concaves are line bored. The cross bars are precision machined to a uniform height which provides an even threshing edge for improved threshing and separating.
